It is obligatory for the applicant to present himself personally for this service and
applications are received from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

• A Police Report should be submitted for driving licences misplaced and it is
  valid only for 06 months.
• If the valid period has to be extended Medical Report from the Transport
  Medical Centre should also be submitted.
• In addition, other conditions to be satisfied for One day Service for the
  extension of valid period of driving licences should be fulfilled.
